Tinta Acrílica Nacarada is a base-coat enamel specially formulated for the complete or partial respray of commercial vehicles, motorcycles and heavy goods vehicles in clear over base system. By overcoating with 2K-HS T120 or 2K- HS Mate T110 clearcoats a weather-resistant paint with the desired degree of gloss is obtained.Mixing ratio > 2:1 by Volume with BF Normal T440 thinner

Spraying viscosity 20 °C > 18 – 22 s 4 mm DIN
Air / Flowjar – Spray gun > 3 – 4 bar > 1,3 – 1,4 mm > 2-3 Spraying operations
HVLP > 2,5 – 3,0 bar (Nozzle int. pressure 0,7 bar) > 1,3 mm> 2-3 Spraying operations
Coat thickness / dry film > 15 – 20 μmm
Curing time / Flash off time > 2 – 5 minutes between spraying operations
